Workforce Observation Paper

At the place  were I currently am employed for 1 year, is a very diverse organization. I will discuss in this paper how my organization diversity, dress and language as well as the communication flow in the health center.
Looking from the outside in the organizational cultural aspect of  Hospital I have noticed the way people interact and work together as a team.     The organization has currently more than 300 employees in 6 different offices around Massachusetts and Rhode Island from all race, ethnicity, age, religion, sex and cultures. The goals and improvement is to make sure that we provide a continuum of quality care for our patients and enhance in there culture, spirituality and race. As each culture or race has a different aspect of health care, the organization tries to accommodate the cultural backgrounds and beliefs as well even for our patients. We have a well diverse population not only as employees but also patients within different age group, also people who have retired and are currently employed at a part-time base or patients that are no longer working and need more of a structure. While observing the organization, I have notice that everyone gets along very well regarding any barrier with diversity. On special occasion when the employees have an activity everyone brings some type of dish from there culture. This seems to not only bring everyone together but we also learn the different texture and or taste for all different foods.  Furthermore, I have also noticed the many art work that decorate the organization from all different places around the world and cultures.
