Introduction
The challenges of any community appears to be more visible, especially the matter is related with any changes occur. On the other hand, the recent times show many changes, whereas on economical or social basis.
In addition, when analyzing the demonstrated sociological aspects of recent crimes, the role of these aspects are shown clearly in all human behaviors, including values, ethics, beliefs, past experience, attitudes, personality, and motivation as well. Actually, community can conduct well if there is a control practiced over persons.
The strength of any community focuses on acceptable conduct of individuals, while law is enforced to maintain morality through principles and rules. This can be reflected in measuring the collective conscience and the organic solidarity existed. Consequently, if any elements of those are absent, the ratio of crimes will be demonstrated everywhere.
An understanding of the inter-related philosophy can be the corner stone to establish the structural functionalism to admit that crimes and poverty are taken, as basic features existed within any seen healthy community.
