Issue
Many human resource management issues happen in companies, such as, sexual harassment, hiring employees, and wages. However, I think employee empowerment is another main issue that company needs to start to think for better human resource management. According to research, many companies have lag between management team and first line employees. First line employees mean that the employees who are the first people facing the problem and communicating with the guests. First line employees are the most important people in the company, they may not have highest education level, but they have the most chances to meet and communicate with the guests. In the 21st century, customer service is the most important thing that every business aware of. People love to be served well with high quality services. People want the best and fastest. Due to this, the first impression of employees is important to the customers. For example, the customer experienced bad customer service in the company; he/she wants compensation from the company. If the first line employees do not have the power to make the decision at the first time, customer will be more upset about the company. However, if the first line employees have certain power to make the decision, the situation may be solved on the right time. Fast is also part of customer services. Employee empowerment may be the most important issue that companies need to consider for their companies being more efficiency.
