Kathy Kudler had a successful career. Her passion is gourmet cooking. In 1998 she abandoned her career to pursue her passion. She opened what would be the first of many Kudler Fine Food (KFF) stores. She wanted to establish a neighborhood store that provided a wide variety of the finest gourmet foods and all of the extras that every gourmet chef would desire. The stores are supplied with the finest domestic and imported gourmet goods and divided into the following departments: Fresh Bakery and Pastries, Fresh Produce, Fresh Meat & Seafood, Condiments and Packaged Foods, Cheese's and Specialty Dairy Products. Any organization that is able to capitalize on strategic changes to information systems will be able to take advantage of a greater number of opportunities and resolve unforeseen business problems.
