I am submitting my application for the position of HRIS Manager with Mitchell. Since 2005 I have been with ZYZ in Dallas, TX as the largest client on PeopleSoft with over 60,000 active employees and over 80,000 inactive employees. I have been supporting PeopleSoft since 2002 when, as a web applications developer, I began to customize web pages of PeopleSoft Web as per HR and Payroll department’s business requirements which PeopleSoft was unable to or was not cost effective for my employer to have PeopleSoft Group do on an outsourced basis.

I am well versed in PeopleSoft ’s database structure and the inner workings of the database, web client as well as their Backoffice. I have over 10 years experience setting up data feeds so that PeopleSoft data is communicated with vendors, systems and departments requiring employee and payroll data in standard and non-standard formats via SQL development and SQL job automation. With my skillset I have been instrumental in leading and delivering projects which automate HR/Payroll business functions.

As a senior member I provided production support every 2 weeks when the payroll department would run payroll for over 60,000 employees. When issues arise, I would troubleshoot via adhoc queries and my knowledge of PeopleSoft to deliver payroll on a timely and accurate basis.
