Starbuck brand and image are known all over in North America, Middle East, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Established in 1971, Starbuck lives up to its mission to provide the best specialty coffee to the customers and achieve 100% customer satisfaction through it’s commitment to customer service management. Starbuck’s mission and its strategies are geared towards the customers as Starbucks strongly believes that the astounding growth and long-term success is due to customer loyalty. Other driving forces that attributed to Starbuck’s success is due to its ability to strengthen the supply chain by having a reliable supplier base, reducing operating costs in these financial crisis times and passing the savings to the customers by lowering prices and making the operations more efficient and the goals more realistic and attainable. Starbuck has established itself as the most respected and recognized brand with a potent image due to its awareness towards both the external and internal environment. Starbuck’s achieved success as it successfully focused on adapting its resources and supply chain operations accordingly so as to reduce waste and instill the values of conserving energy within the communities.
