PETKIM’S PERSONNEL
Petkim has totally 3.168 ¹employees which 3000 of them are related to the Collective Bargaining agreement, which means they are member of union, PETROL-IS( Türkiye Petrol, Kimya, Lastik Isçileri Sendikasi).
Employees attached to the union in Corporation are subject to the collective bargaining agreement. The Collective Bargaining Agreement including the dates between 01.01.2007 and 31.12.2008 was signed and promulgated in 05.10.2007.
