I would like to thank you for your continued encouragement and support in the pursuit of my career as an Auditor. Without your assistance, and the financial backing of The Salvation Army, I would not have been able to pursue a career in my chosen field.
Working for The Army has been a great challenge that has tested my skills and abilities; and taught me the value of ethical leadership. The experience of working in a mission-minded team has helped me to mature both personally and professionally. The leadership and people within The Salvation Army are an inspiration to me and I will continue to support The Army and its mission throughout my career.
Thank you for asking me to share some suggestions on how to improve our camp experience. Thanks to your leadership, Camp NEOSA now has a reputation as one of the finest not-for-profit camps in Ohio. We have seen remarkable growth in our staff training course which has led to a highly effective summer program. However, one suggestion for further capitalizing on our training capabilities would be to set-up a deliberate, on-going, junior staff program that would extend beyond the summer. This would not only equip your summer camp staff of the future, but would also provide individual Salvation Army units with well-trained volunteers to help carry-out children’s programming throughout the year.
A second suggestion for Camp NEOSA would be to set up a section on the website that could be used by parents to communicate with their children while they are at camp.&nb ...
