• Company status. In this moment Plastic Products is positioning itself very well in the fast –food sector and the growth in supermarkets and sells consumer packs is making more attractive this industry one of the reason can be easier recruit sales.
• Training costs that Plastic Product is ready to invest in their salespeople, this includes kind of train and qualification more appropriate for the new one.
• Benefits that the company is going to give, for example offer health care plans that cover second generation family members, discount in different places like gym, bookshop, supermarkets etc.
• Job satisfaction. The company can be able to include a set of factors that influence directly in the satisfaction of the workers.
