Performance:
    Whichever parties my revoke the contract instantly, in whole or in part, after 50% of the deliberation having been fulfill by whichever parties.

Amendment:
Citizen-Schwarz AG shall be entitled to receive all work products in progress or completed as of the date of termination or cancellation, subject to clearance of all payments due to Span System at the time.

Change Control:
    In the event of Citizen-Schwarz AG requiring any ordinary changes of the user and system requirements originally agreed to, Citizen-Schwarz AG will notify Span System at the earliest and pay Span System any accruals at the rate agreed to, any changes in well-designed requirements or augmentation will be handle as per process based in information Technology development method Standards.
Amendment:
    Any changes to the user and system requirements originally agreed will be monitored by a Change Control Board (CCB) comprised of the project manager and lead software engineer from Span System and Citizen-Schwarz AG. The CCB will decide the changes to be accepted or rejected. The CCB will also measure the resulting change in size of the project. Citizen-Schwarz AG agrees to compensate Span System for subsequent new requirements based on incremental increase in size.

Communication and Reporting:
    All the way through the project there will be frequently planned condition conference. The Citizen-Schwarz and Span System Project Managers will establish the occurrence and locations of theses conference. It is predicted that the commencement of the project will necessitate, at a minimum, bi-weekly conference.
