Problem Solution: Riordan Manufacturing
      In this paper I have discussed many possible solutions for Riordan. I have also analyzed the issues and derived the possible solutions and alternatives. Key players and stakeholders were mentioned and any possible issues that could arise out of these important people were discussed. I have mentioned in the tables solutions that do not fit and solutions that may work. All avenues -were explored in order for the optimal plan to reveal it. I discussed all the details and possible issues with the optimal solution that Riordan will undertake. I built a plan around the optimal solution and evaluated the results to come from a successful plan in place.
Situation Analysis
Issue and Opportunity Identification
    Recently, Riordan has made changes to the manufacturing and marketing of their products. This has caused changes in the sales process and they had to adapt a CRM (customer-relationship marketing) system. This entails a sales team versus an individual salesperson for Riordan’s customers. The sales team is made up of a customer service representative, a product engineer, and a salesperson. In the eyes of the customer, this shows Riordan is more focused on their customers. This can also allow management the ability to have more than just managements input for employee reviews.
