Executive Summary

This report will demonstrate a complete analysis of the UK commercial and business property with the UK.  The report will also include factors that are contributing to the  interests from overseas investors  and highlight the performance of the property market.

1.0 Performance Of The UK Commercial Property Market
There are several other reasons of why the UK market is considered idealistic location from the point of view of overseas investors.  The UK draws more attention to investment than any other country in Europe as investors from abroad are attracted overall by the UK's basic business environment; accessibility of expertise labour; the power of the R&D available in the country.  Other factors being that English is the first language spoken within the country; also being the language spoken in business globally in general; economic stability; the tax and regulatory system; and other implications such as a having multi-cultural mix and education system.

1.1 The Economy
Currently the UK has the largest economy after Germany; it is the fifth largest economy Worldwide and is ranked sixth in terms of purchasing power parity which draws major attraction from foreign business owners.  “The UK has a very strong track record in attracting foreign investment.
