Every afternoon the public makes their way to their favorite Subway sandwich store, and they order a Sandwich just the way they like it. A typical afternoon (12:00-1:30pm) at Subway fast food restaurant consists of many transactions, interactions, and activities. Subway has to realize the average time it takes to serve a customer. If it is very time consuming, the customers in queue will lose patience and opt for other fast food locations.
