This report addresses the various issues involved in the launch of Project Aerial. It analyzes the current situation and the various options that seem feasible and finally suggests the option which the company should use.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Given the situation that we are losing market share to Posthaste even when the GPS handheld market is growing, we will have to decide on a viable pricing strategy for our product Aerial, keeping in mind its effect on our market share and profit to the company. We have the option of either pricing Aerial at $ 475 or $425.
Each of the options is further evaluated to see its effect on market share growth and profit. Based on the assessment of the options it is recommended to price Aerial at $475.
