What makes the Café the right choice?
The café will provide dinning options not currently available to River View Plaza Employees. This will serve a two-fold purpose for your employees and clients. First, it will enable your employees to have onsite access to healthy, affordable food. A recent study by the Department of Health has proven that a healthy employee is 8% more productive than an unhealthy employee. Second, it will lower your employees stress by providing take home dinning options that tasty and nutritional. In today’s world where both parents have to work in many families, the last thing most parents want is to have to worry about dinner. I’m sure you yourself, as a mother of two, have experienced that same feeling.
Also, the Café will be a source of new revenue for the building owners as well as a cost savings option. This is achieved by paying a commission on Net Revenue to the owners, as well as offering lower catering costs for building functions, that are currently being contracted out to a vendor 15 miles away.
