The 21st century has brought tremendous advancements in technology, sophistication, and demands in business. To capture the highly critical and savvy market-share, businesses must remain current with technology and hire personnel who are informed and educated. To advance in my current position and remain an employee in demand, I must further my education with the assistance of a continuing education program. My work reward values and my abilities are fundamental as adapting influences to my interests, and the summation of all these features is what makes my approach to a career in business unique.
My motivation for pursuing my Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management is career advancement and the ability to get positive results through people. In today's revolutionary business world, commerce has become an international marketplace. Numerous companies deal with global corporations, organizations, and people. The necessity for proficient and experienced business people who can contend with this worldwide marketplace is an essential characteristic of a viable business. With a Global Management MBA, I can become just the professional needed by one of these companies.
