      Schering-Plough is a Major pharmaceutical company with leading prescription for people and animal health products. This Company began a fundamental transformation under the new Chief executive Fred Hassan in 2003. He brings to the company key focal points, which is the customer. In 2003, Schering Plough lost a major products Claritin, which is medicine for sinuses. Along with the product theirs approximately 10,000 jobs and least 33 million dollars in revenue that was associated with product that no longer exist. (http://www.sgp.com)
       This Company began a fundamental transformation under new leadership. Year to date, they have built foundation for long-term, sustainable growth, while remaining committed to business integrity, producing quality products, reduction in staff, and staying in compliance in everything they do. There goal is to provide a steady flow of innovative, science-based medicines and services while earning the trust of the physicians, patients and customers they serve. Schering-Plough Corporation is a global science-based health care company with leading prescription, consumer and animal health products, which employs over 32,000 employees.
