Vet Help a Vet program (Vet Help a Vet program) Vet Help a Vet program, Inc. is a community based nonprofit organization founded in the South Bronx in 2004 by a group of veterans who were concerned about the lack of resources for vets in Bronx County, particularly the South Bronx.
