OPEC member countries organize their oil production policies to help keep the market stabilized and to help producers achieve a respectable rate of return on their investments.    The ministers of energy and hydrocarbon affairs meet twice a year to look over the status of the international market and to forecasts the future.  This is so they can agree on the appropriate actions that they feel will be suit the international market and keep it as stable as possible.
    The member countries also hold other meetings that are high of priority to each of them.  Some examples are petroleum and economic experts and possibly a committee to address any new environmental affairs.
    Any decisions made dealing with oil production for expected demand are taken to the actual OPEC conference.  Later on details of these decisions and conferences are brought fourth in press releases.  
    Representatives of the OPEC member countries also known as "Heads of Delegation" meet at the OPEC conference to discuss the petroleum policies to help keep the stability in the oil market.  The Heads of Delegation are supported by the Secretariat, directed by the Board of Governors, and run by the Secretary General.  There are also many other bodies that support them; including the Economic Commission and the Ministerial Monitoring Committee.
