Objective Knowledge Essay
Scientist’s are best if they have objective knowledge when conducting research. In order to do this, it is best if scientists do not let their culture and experiences bias them when trying to find an objective answer. It is not possible for any individual to obtain objectiveness because when on the road to finding objective knowledge it is biased. Every step when conducting an experiment is biased when it has emotion, hypothesis, and perception assorted with it. It is possible for some objectiveness to be obtained, but this would not be much at all.
The first step taken towards objective knowledge would be first realizing a problem or issue and addressing that problem. This selection of a problem is always going to be biased because it comes from prior knowledge. When an individual is on the journey to find objective knowledge, they have either experienced the problem in some form or another and now are trying to find the answer to that problem. That is basically what the scientific method is made up of. If an individual is trying to study a certain problem, and at the very beginning the person finds the problem corrupted than the whole process will later be corrupted as well. Individuals do not see that the problem will biased, so they still continue down the path in investigating the problem. Since we as individuals still continue down the pathway in investigating the problem, they must first pick the problem then continue down the path and take the next step in solving it.
