This Recent study comes under the area of Leadership Development in Human Resource Management. Developing future leaders is the single greatest challenge that all enterprises face today.
Fast Track development programme aims to maximise personal strengths and minimise or overcome weaknesses. Even if organisation has strong leadership today, you cannot assume it will still be there tomorrow. The departure of key individuals can leave an organisation floundering and directionless if no one has been groomed to succeed them. Ensuring that a company has a continuous supply of good leaders is essential to secure &manage its long-term future leadership talent should be a top priority for HR.
