EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Susan Meredith was hired at a satellite company located in British Columbia and based out of Toronto. Susan has a university degree in Business Administration and 20 years of customer relations experience. Susan failed to do her job research before starting her job of matching her credentials and salary expectations. Susan grew unhappy with her job due to stress and a dissatisfying compensation which she disclosed without any consideration to her co-worker.
