MARKETING MANAGEMENT
The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (the CRB Council) is a not-for-profit affiliate of
the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The CRB Council provides superior
member benefits to enhance the productivity and profitability of its 7,000 members nationwide.
The CRB Council awards the CRB designation to REALTORS who have completed advanced
educational and professional requirements.
The CRB Council’s Courses and Seminars are the most comprehensive educational resources
available for real estate brokers and managers. Our programs include 2-day core competency
Courses and 1-day comprehensive Seminars on targeted topics. Additional information on
these programs and a schedule of offerings can be found in the Management Education
section of www.CRB.com.
Programs will convene promptly each morning at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately
5:00 p.m. Instructors should provide sufficient breaks throughout the day and keep the
program on schedule.
This Instructor’s Guide is designed to help the instructor lead and facilitate the program and
provide a construct for an appropriate learning sequence, using the principles of adult learning.
It is also designed so that the instructor can bring their personal experience and expertise
about the subject matter into the program in a way that participants’ have a practical
application of the new knowledge and experience a high degree of value.
