Below is information, steps and procedures I would take to implement this MBV process into a director of tennis setting.  I firmly believe that tennis and sports in genral can do more for its community members is several areas of life such as personal wellbeing, mental and physical strength, cost effective recreation services, provide an opportunity, family fun, age group specific needs, belongingness, positive and protected atmosphere, personal development and growth, and assists with building a sense of community pride and satisfaction.  In this process it is crucial to begin with the “self first” philosophy because if you don’t truly commit and change yourself I don’t care what you do you’ll always return to your bad ways.  To really change you need to evaluate what is wrong with you or your department, seek outside help or coaching to make needed adjustments, implement those changes or coaching, and take an opportunity to evaluate and if its been effective you can move forward but if it hasn’t then you need to identify new solutions and an evaluation process.  You can do this as many times necessary; it’s not when you reach your goal that’s important but rather how, what you did, and the growing it took to get there.  
Only after you’ve taken time to look at yourself and you’ve made the needed adjustments and changes do you get to move forward.  In your own mind it is important to development a clear goal and set your company’s vision, mission, and values.  This process will require a lot of thought, deep consideration, and evaluation.  Once you’ve got them penciled in you can give them to your peers and begin to work with them allowing them an opportunity for th ...
