E-Watchguard strives to be the provider of choice to the manufacturing industry- we aim to develop and manufacture the highest quality electronic sensors available. Our products exceed the specifications of our customers and are provided at an affordable price.
Original Strategic Plan
E-Watchguard manufactures electronic sensors for five distinct market segments:  High End, Low-End, Traditional, Performance, and Size. E-Watchguard introduced a Cost Leader strategy with a focus on Product Life Cycle.  Our company will concentrate its efforts on the High End, Traditional and Low End segments. We will gain a competitive advantage by keeping R&D costs, production costs, and raw materials costs to a minimum, which will enable us to compete on the basis of price. Initial investments in technology to automate production will also be a primary focus, with the intent of decreasing the cost of human resources as our industry expands.  The concentration on “product life cycle” will allow us to attain sales for many years on all products without significant investments in developments of new products.  As customers’ preferences for smaller, faster, and more reliable sensors evolve; E-Watchguard will market older products to the Low End segment at reduced costs to the company.  Products will initially be offered to the High Tech market.  As the products mature and customers’ preferences change, the sensors will be offered to the Traditional and Low Tech segments before they are retired and their assets divested.
