A skill a person should have is Physical Fitness isn’t just an attribute, like being rich, good-looking or having a fancy car. It is also a skill. Not just how to lift weights, but how to live a healthy life. Healthy people have learned how to manage the conflicting drives to eat fatty foods and laze around watching television all day with the desire to be healthy. Definitions and performance standards of physical fitness vary, the five basic components of fitness are: Cardio respiratory or aerobic endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Cardio respiratory or aerobic endurance is the ability to do moderately activity over a period of time. I reflects how the heart and lungs will work together to supply the body with oxygen during exercise and exertion. Muscular endurances the ability to hold a particular position for a period of time or a relative movement many times; This is could be uses as a push up by using an up and down the muscles in your body are being used during the relative movement your muscles grow weaker. Muscular strength is when one has the ability to push maximum force from your muscles such as moving the heaviest weight a person could lift one time that is called a max out. You have muscular strength more in other areas then in your whole body such as your arms could lift more than your legs could, or the other way around. Flexibility is the ability to move a part of your body or joint though full range of motions. This is why we always stretch before doing any physical fitness or do yoga.
