________ Study the fair & the products' variation, develop a pitching strategy.  
________ Prepare the list of prospects (importers, distributors, and retailer)
________ Prepare the list of journalists & magazine editors / writers
________ Prepare fair invitation letter & brochure (if available)
Target ? Importers, Distributors, Retailers
________ Prepare the letter inviting journalists & magazine editor/writer to visit the fair
Target ? Magazine, Journal, publications involved with the industries according to each fair.
________ Send invitation via direct mail, fax, e-mail, and personal phone call if necessary

- 1 month before the fair
________ Follow up the invitation process
________ Begin to collect the list of fair's visitors
________ Begin the process of online registration (Web-site registration)
