1. Introduction
This promotional plan has been prepared for the organization, Gardenasia Pte Ltd, 240 Neo Tiew Crescent, Singapore 718898. Established in 1999, Gardenasia is one arm of the Nyee Phoe Group and aims to provide a unique niche venue for special occasions, through the respective venues of franjipani, bluesky and kranji loft. This is done by creating a secret garden right in our own backyard, residing in the lush greenery of the Kranji Countryside, catering to the unique needs, lifestyle and requirements of each individual and to create a private sanctuary where our clients can relax, refresh, and revitalize their mind, body and soul. (http1) Basically, the promotional plan would be running from January to December, for the entire calendar year of 2009.
2. Marketing Mix Analysis
2.1 Price
Gardenasia is adopting the Product/Service-bundling strategy where different services and products such as food, settings and transport are bundled together in a package at a reasonable price. Gardenasia has a list of prices for the holding of events in the various venues, which can be found in Appendix 3 of the initial brief.
The packages pricing would therefore depend very much on the type of event, the number of people accommodating, the elaboration of the setup, and the quality of food served.
2.2 Place
Gardenasia is situated at 240, Neo Tiew Crescent, which is blessed amidst the lush greenery of the Kranji countryside, a truly unique venue to host functions.
