Background
Here is my report shows Shanghai is the best host city for the coming conference between our company and our cooperator in Hong Kong, because of its transport, location, environment and economic factors.
I have collect information from various sources including Fortune Magazine, Shangri-la Hotel’s publicity material and material on the internet.
Findings
There are mainly three reasons that Shanghai is the best location to hold the forthcoming conference.
1. Easy of access
2. Location is attractive.
1) Sightseeing
2) Shops and restaurants are easily accessible.
3. High-end Hotel
1) Events can be held in one facility.
2) Hotel and convention center have good service records.
3) Cost to the association is relatively inexpensive.
