 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The introduction of the cheapest car ever to be released in Vietnam in January 2008 is the result of a change of consumer awareness about cars of which has been previous known as luxury products. This also creates a new trend in the Vietnam market.

This report aims to give reader general information about the new cheap car, a product of Tata Motor’s aspiration to provide an economical vehicle for everyone from working class could all afford to own. It will be mentioned in INTRODUCTION. By analyzing social conditions in Vietnam, such as economic, transport, policy in MARKETING INFORMATION, the readers can realize the opportunities of Vietnam car market.

The last part is MARKETING MIX. This report will mention Tata Nano design, and explain its feature in PRODUCT section. I indicate marketing strategy that we should follow including detail explanation in PROMOTION. Next, I give entire new car tariff, and my offer price of Tata Nano in Vietnam. Finally, PLACE section will instruct distribution market that we must focus on.
 
This report is a feasible plan for our company to expand business into the Vietnam car market, and will help our  management implement the plan more efficiently.
