The Way
How can three people who have only known each other for two weeks going to be able to develop an internet relationship and work together to complete a project without conflict or issues arising? Each of the three members lives in different geographical areas and have different behavioral characteristic as established by our Jungian’s profile tests. The author Sun-Tzu’s states in the Art of War that when attacking ones enemy the attacker should use a deliberate methodology of attack by of addressing the issues of,” The Way, Heaven, Earth, Command, Discipline” (Minford, 2002, p. 101). The Way is being established for us student’s progression is made through this course and team assignments are given to our learning team. Only through developing and use our team charter can we overcome issues and utilizes each member’s strength to bring the group together. By assessing our personality behavioral characteristics and a thorough analysis of our team charter I will prove that our team will be able to overcome the boundaries of distance, The Earth, personal perspectives, The Heaven, and conflict resolution, The Command, to develop a cohesive team able to achieve victory.

A possible hindrance to our team could be or different behavioral characteristics. After completing the online self-assessments, each team member was identified as follows: Tiffany ?
