Z-Wing is largest commercial and military aircraft manufacturer and facing technological forces in the marketplace. To stay competitive and ahead from competitors, Z-Wing needs to update existing large commercial jets, smaller and efficient jets to provide faster service and incorporate advance technological features to attract big customer base.    
‘Technology, the third environmental force, refers to inventions or innovations from, applied science or engineering research’. (Kerin, 2006 p.44).    
In the past, I worked for a nonprofit organization where technological forces contribute in the change of company software. Due to advancement of technology, organization decided to update company software which will provide more efficient and fast results.
