Introduction

Current time is characteristic with numerous changes. Climatic changes have effect on the prices of alimentary goods, the threat of the shortage of natural resources reflects in the raising prices of petrol. That is causing a lot of problems for companies in the act of allocation the expenses. But not only are these uncontrollable factors changing. The world is rigged by the globalization and slowly is becoming a global village. The consumers are becoming accustomed very fast on the decreasing life cycles of innovation cycles and are demanding new and new functions for the products for a good price. Even thought, that the customer is becoming more demanding on the functions and services, it is necessary to point out, he is more sensible on the price too. It is due with the development of internet, where the consumer is able to collate the prices of the demanded goods easier and according to the comparisons undertake his purchase decision. Another important factor, which has impact on the consumers purchase decision, is the surfeit of the market. As the world was developing, also the number of products introduced to the marked raised to the point, when the consumers can not do rational purchase decision, because of surfeit of information. The world population in the year 2007 raised only 1,01 %[1], what was the smallest number in the last 10 years, the worlds GDP in the year 2007 raised according the World Bank 3.8 % in comparison to the year 2006[2]. This trend is visible the last few years, where nevertheless not a big growth in the worlds population, the GDP is continually raising from 3.5 % to 4, 5% every year.
