Introduction
Kudler Fine foods is an upscale gourmet store with goals of expanding its serivce by offering a catering service in addition to the in-store parties that are currently being offered(university of Phoenix, 2007). KFF specializes in providing the freshest, high quality ingredients and tools for preparing gourmet meals. The following paper will discuss the marketing structures in place by Kudler’s marketing and research team. This paper will explain the components of the marketing mix for Kudler’s new catering service, how to promote the catering service, describe how Kudler’s marketing team will determine the products it wants to offer and what its pricing should be relative to other catering companies, and explain the connection that will happen along with the decision to use local organic growers. In order for Kudler fine foods to make the catering services successful it must create insightful promotions in order to introduce the service to its customers.
