Problem Statement: Kudler Fine Food
      Kudler Fine Food (KFF) strategic plan was discussed during different team sessions and some issues were identified within the organization as keeping customer service improvement, wasting food, inventory turnover, lack of financial and management understanding, potential competition, lack of delegation by the owner and new information technology implementation. I focused on the customer service improvement to analyze how business can growth based on enhancing customer service.
      KFF will create management strategies and techniques to continue developing good customer relationship and meeting their expectations and needs, support growth, and increase profits. This will allow an organization to meet or exceed standards.
      In order to improve customer service, information systems should be improved as well. New software will need to be purchased to improve and maintain a zero stock-out policy and accumulate data that can be used in the future to keeps process improvements. It can change the manner how business is being conducted by achievement of strategic goals, increasing productivity, tracking sells and purchases, monitoring inventory and sells which help to ensure new products are ordered and slow moving products are not reordered.
