•    A dual approach has been taken for the methodology of this analysis.  Both the interview and job performance methods were utilized to draw an accurate picture of the primary functions of the sales position.  The job performance method is well suited for the development of tests and interviews as well as the design of performance appraisals and training.  This will be essential functions for InterClean over the next several months as the company acquires EnviroTech and the transition is made to a full service provider.  Likewise, interviews also play an integral part of the analysis as the company endeavors to use the information for the create job descriptions and study job evaluations.

•    Maintain a thorough comprehension of company products, services and processes, and successfully apply it in understanding client needs and desires and offer comprehensive solutions.  This will also include the application of industry specific and job related technology that will enable the sales representative to remain effective.
•    Follow leads to the fullest extent to obtain sales goals and establish and maintain client relationships delivering quality service from initial point of contact through the delivery and beyond.
•    Effectively manage engagements, agendas, and time through proper planning and execution.
