Problem Solution: Intersect Investments
Intersect Investments if having a difficult time achieving a new vision that will require organizational change, particularly in sales. The Chief Executive Officer, Frank Jeffers identified a new vision that will provide a broad set of products and services to consumer and small business customers using a model of customer intimacy that will build long-term relationships based on trust and value to the customer. (Intersect scenario paragraph 1, 12007 University of Phoenix). The new vision will result in a corporate transformation. “Organizations change continuously, reacting to developments in their markets and to the arrival and departure of key people and in large companies these changes go on more or less unnoticed”. (Day & Jung, 2000 p.1.) The goal of this paper is to examine the problems and solutions being implemented by the Chief Executive Officer using the Nine Step Problem Solving Model.
