    Any time a company, large or small, begins a major development or project, an implementation plan is imperative. Friar Tucker International (FTI) is no exception as it is moving forward on a multi million dollar entertainment hub that will take several years. Ricardo Bellini, CEO and the senior staff members are crucial elements in every step of this top-down project. It starts with the Project Selection Committee and ends with the grand opening. Each member has assigned tasks to fulfill in order to make this happen.
    Each phase of the project is carefully planned and designed to minimize development or manufacturing errors and discrepancies. Incompetence or inefficiency at any level or phase could possibly bring the project to a halt. This risk will be reduced with the strict enforcement of the predetermined guidelines to keep the construction project moving forward and on track.
Friar Tucker’s Strategy
    “Friar Tucker International is a hospitality services chain that manages 35 entertainment and cuisine establishments – 15 cuisine establishments, 10 sports entertainment establishments, eight family entertainment establishments, and agreements with two hotel chains. The company employs approximately 1,200 individuals and generates revenues in excess of $300 million,” (University of Phoenix).
    The next big business opportunity that FTI is entering in is an entertainment hub, which will contain a multi-screen theatre, sports facilities and a shopping mall.
