The managers are not well explain and train the workers about the work and the task that actually going on, and once the managers is absent, the workforce are blank and have no idea about the workloads going on. The manager itself is not multi-task, they can’t cover or replace each other if one of them is missing. The plan is not informed very well. This resulted that many task is being laid off and uncompleted. The contract that actually is a big potential for the bankcheck to survive with this catastrophe.
