1. INTRODUCTION
In today’s world, organizations face unprecedented challenges and changes. There is a worldwide competition for resources, talents, products, services and market, and it is caused by globalization. Technology advancement eliminates the barriers of time, and also accelerates the pace of change. And the ageing workforce and impending shortage of key skills are creating a global talent crisis that is expected to last for decades. All these prevailing forces are the external forces that are causing many organizations to change the way they operate as they identify the performance gaps.
This report will look into the changes that take place in an organization and the force resisting organization change with techniques in which organizations can implement to reduce these forces.
