This article proposed very useful ideas for people’s personal networks; personal networks somehow determine the success of an executive. It focused on developing the personal and professional connections that will sustain you throughout your career.

The difference between them is the role they acted. Paul played as a key role in a big social network which connected different individuals, he had a well-connected network, so the information he carried was widely spread and quickly, in contrast, William delivered information to a small group of people, and within a loose network.
