Harrison-Keyes Publishing Company has been sinking in the sea of low-cost superstores. The company is worried that if they do not do something to increase their revenues, they may go out of business.  They have a plan; they are going to transform traditional book publishing to e-book publishing.  Strategic implementation and alignment are critical in a new business plan and the ideas can be found throughout this paper.  With every implementation, there will be risks, both good and bad, and there may be some shortcomings that the company may have to work out.  Even though there may be issues for the company, no problem should go unsolved.  It would be a big help to Harrison-Keyes if they could find appropriate solutions to their problems by figuring out the pros and cons and if the problems are worth fixing.  The company could come up with an optimal solution this way and get their new plan under way.
