o    Maintenance of cleaning cupboards
o    Control of stock levels and appropriate use of cleaning materials

Targets set to control stock levels & wastage.

Consumables
o    Correct storage and stock rotation
o    Stock control and distribution

Set targets for distribution levels.
Control wastage and loss of stock.

Maintenance
o    Daily room checks
o    Maintenance duties up to a basic standard ? changing light bulbs, picture hooks, paintwork

Set targets to reduce maintenance work.
Control and undertaking of maintenance.
