This analysis was done to determine the problems facing GC and what they must do to meet their end goals. The situation analysis will give the reader a picture of the events that lead to the problems for this company.  The stakeholder’s perspectives/ethical dilemmas will present the stakeholders and what their interest, values and rights. It will also present any conflict and ethical values that may be present. The problem statement is an open ended statement about the opportunities and challenges this company faces. The end state vision will detail were the company wants to be in the future if problems are resolved. The problem solution will than go into the alternative solutions available to GC and the analysis of those alternatives. It will also discuss risk associated with the alternatives and any mitigation techniques that can be used. An optimal solution will be presented along with a plan on how to implement the optimal solution. The last section is the evaluation of the results. Here the end-state goals will be measured against the optimal plan.
Table 1 is issues and opportunities for GC. Each issue and opportunity relates to key concepts in the course material. This is the reference for the situation analysis. Table 2 is stakeholder perspective. This is the reference for stakeholder perspective\ethical dilemmas section. Table 3 is analysis of alternative solutions. This table aids in focusing on the optimal solution by ranking goals to alternative solutions.  Table 4 summaries risk assessment and mitigation techniques. Table 5 is optimal solutions implementation plan and is the bases for the optimal solutions section.
