Global Communications Gap

Problem Solution: Global Communications
Global Communications experienced the normal set backs as a company that caters to a competitive market.  The company faced economic hardships that led to Senior Management to make hasty decisions that could have ultimately destroyed their business. During the introductory course of this Masters in Business Administration course of study, we learned the foundations of solving problems effectively both as a leader and as a team member.  The Gap Analysis paper done during week four explored Global Communications’ past occurrences that lead to the present situation and how it will affect the future situation of the company. The team assignment of the benchmarking paper challenged the students with comparing the actions of Global Communications to another company with the same experiences.  Lastly, this assignment is to find a problem solution for Global Communications using the nine step problem solving aid that was introduced in the beginnings of the course.   At the end of this study, there will be a solution to Global Communications’ problem.
