Furthermore, Krenicki has communicated policies and initiatives intended to specifically create a culture where every employee is responsible for meeting every promise that the company has made to its stakeholders. Krenicki has also publicly communicated to all employees and the world that the company is dedicated to behaving ethically and legally. GE Energy sees itself as a leader in the industry and is dedicated to leading by example.
