The Islam is a monotheistic religion; meaning that the central belief of the Islam is the existence of one God, who is omnipotent. That Allah (God) has four functions: creation, sustenance, guidance, and judgment. That human’s purpose is to serve and worship Allah, no one else, and to have a moral lifestyle helping others. That God sent prophets to teach both individuals and nations correct moral, and spiritual behaviors and that all followers most do the same, so humans can make the choice to be safe. Every person goals should be for the good of human kind, not themselves.
These central beliefs are reflected in The Five Pillars of Islam. Every single of these Five Pillars is based in the central belief of the Islam. The first Pillar mentioned that there is one God the only one that can be worship and to teach others the present of God. The second Pillar indicates how to prey or worship God. The third Pillar is based in given up wealth and shearing it with others. The forth pillar is about a period of time were believers need to refrain from commodities and purify their soul. The fifth Pillar is about a one time way to revive special events that Abraham and Ishmael, so the person can evaluates those historic events with a clear perspective.
• Belief and witness (Shahadah): Refers to “there is no God, but God, and that Muhammad is its messenger”. That all believers need to be faithful to tell others about the Islam, so they can also be safe.
