BREAKDOWN
This cost breakdown is for purposes of demonstration to the respective Insurance companies involved in the claim of damages to the residence of Margarita Ramirez. The labor is estimated at 16 days, assuming the absence of any unforeseen damages.
Description of Work to be performed:
1st Floor:
Remove and replace drywall ceilings / walls in water damaged areas.
Remove and replace kitchen cabinets / counter tops and vanity cabinet in Master Bathroom.
Remove and replace Master Bedroom door and respective door case moldings.
Remove and replace mirror in Master Bathroom.
Apply texture to all replaced drywall and paint w/ flat white (semi gloss in bathroom ceilings).
Paint, install and caulk new baseboard molding.
Install new flooring throughout.
Install new light fixtures.
2nd Floor:
Remove and replace two sections of sub-flooring that are raised and warped.
Remove and Replace tile floor in Laundry room (currently loose).
Screw down sub-floor to joists to prevent further movement.
Remove and replace tiles in 2nd bathroom (currently loose).
Paint, install and caulk new baseboard molding.
Install new flooring throughout including staircase.
Total linear feet of baseboard molding to be installed 437 l.f.
Total linear feet of door case molding to be replaced 104 l.f
