Ethics Awareness

Kathy created Kudler Fine Foods for those not wanting to buy foods at the conventional grocery stores, for people who choose to be more creative and freethinking regarding their eating and cooking habits. Kathy is a woman who believes in working hard and hands on in running her business.  She treats the customers as gold by talking to them and having the freshest, best quality foods at decent prices. She respects those who have specialized skills in the world of gourmet foods, and hires them as consultants for her customers.  She treats her staff is equally important, helping with all jobs including stocking shelves, cashiering, and ordering inventory and completing the bookkeeping.  Kathy’s values appeal to my own values and work ethics in many ways.
After taking the Ethics Awareness Inventory test, discovered that my ethics profile is mostly under an obligation perspective.  believe that each person has value, no matter where they are in life and on the same side; each person has a responsible to grow and develop and to make the best decisions for themselves, taking responsibility for those decisions.  can see that Kathy is striving to grow her business and make the best decisions she can for her company.  She works with all her staff as much as she can; fostering each and helping them understand his or her position so they become more efficient. Kathy also hired department heads specialized in their fields, respecting their knowledge to manage each department.  
In Kudler Fine Foods, Kathy is involved in every decision ultimately; she is the one who will reap the results of every action in any of her stores. As her business grows, she will not control every decision in the three stores and she must trust her management team.&n ...
