Every one must be honest and sincere, whether it is in our personal life or organization. If a person is honest, he can be trusted. A person is characterized by his honesty and assessed by others in the society for his trustworthiness. Trust is very important in this society. On numerous occasions a person's honesty plays an important role in defining the way he lives and works. Not always a person is rewarded for being honest, he may be punished too, but that should not deter a person from being honest.
Companies which are honest develop good customers and suppliers and prosper.
